I missed out on the reason for the leveling of the bed, but it was an evening event while visiting Dave's parents. :) Makana thoroughly enjoyed being with her grandparents, as they are great fun and doted over her. Just as an example: GiGi asked me for a list of foods Makana eats. Take a look at her tummy--that would be a lot of things! :) I wrote an assortment, thinking it may be easier to pick and choose from a variety. The amazing thing was that GiGi chose just about EVERYTHING on the list! :)

Grandpa and GiGi

A-Kare-EE-Um!

In the morning prior to our flight out of Boston, we were treated by Donna and the boys to a visit to the New England Aquarium. It was fascinating to all, and AJ was especially impressive regarding his knowledge about dangerous sea animals. A docent agreed with most of the details AJ offered; we believed AJ, as he memorizes his encyclopedia rather well, particularly for a four year-old!
We saw PENGUINS, jelly fish, sharks, turtles, a huge octopus, and many more creatures. The kids loved the feeding time for the birds and the turtles. Makana especially remembers touching the starfish. :) She fondly recalls memories of this a-kare-ee-um!
